Capital Region Physical Therapy, PLLC is searching for a dynamic and professional physical therapist to join our team. We are a small private practice in Albany treating patients with orthopedic, vestibular, and neurological diagnoses. We are seeking a full time licensed PT who is a team player and who has experience evaluating and treating a wide range of patients from teenagers to older persons. We take pride in offering one-on-one personalized attention; no cookie-cutter assembly line therapy here. Plus, no days treating 20+ patients. We average 12-15 patient encounters per PT per 8-hour day.

Responsibilities:

Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs

Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients’ motion and mobility

Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques

Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs

Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions

Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally

Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination

Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress

Document patient care services
Skills:

Proven work experience as a physical therapist
