Here's What's Happening in Our Clinic

Hello Friends,

At Capital Region Physical Therapy, your health and safety is our top priority.

We are taking the appropriate preventative measures to address Coronavirus (COVID-19), ensuring that our protocols meet or exceed the guidelines of the CDC and local health authorities and making sure we are staying current on this evolving situation. Our objective is to do our part to help minimize the spread of COVID-19, while allowing our patients, customers, visitors, and employees to maintain a normal and healthy lifestyle.

Limiting Exposure to Coronavirus

  • We have and will continue to reinforce to our employees that if they are sick to stay home.

  • For our patients, please stay home if you are sick or have been around someone who is sick. If you need to cancel an appointment, please call us and let us know.

  • As recommended, if you believe you are vulnerable, we encourage that you to stay away from heavily populated areas.

  • We will continue to maintain a clean and safe PT clinic and working environment. Several times during the day we will be sanitizing and wiping down clinical equipment. We will also be cleaning and wiping down waiting room areas and chairs several times each day. Please be patient while we work to double our cleaning efforts each day.

  • We ask that all patients and visitors maintain social distance, and masks are optional.

Your health and safety are our top priority. Please be assured that we are and will continue to diligently monitor this situation and will follow closely the guidelines from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) and the various Health Departments throughout our communities.

As always, thanks for choosing us to provide your physical therapy services!

~Brett, Alecia, Sandy, Mackenzie, and Emily
